Our ordering platform is easy and practical, follow these simple steps: 
1 - Click on the address bar.
2 - Enter Your address or click on the location icon and Your address will be automatically entered according to the place you are located currently. Before proceeding, make sure that the pin is correctly positioned on the map
3 - The website will take you to the nearest restaurant to your location. Click on the restaurant.
4 - Make a selection from the Delivery Menu. 
5 - Review your order and confirm it.
6 – Pay with a bank card or cashless payment through Kaspi
7 - After you place the order, your will receive a feedback on your e-mail address, with the order number, content, address to which it is delivered and the price of the delivery.

We strive to deliver our services as quickly as possible, so that we meet your needs. The average delivery time is 45 minutes.

Please call our delivery line at 7797 to inform the Customer Care Center about your missing products. We will arrange for the products to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Of course you can, at any stage. But please, do it quickly, before the driver leaves the store, so that we can make any modification immediately.
To cancel an order, call directly to call center.
